Our Story

A little bit of background...

Established in 2014 by owners Jon Welch and Sarah Weir – they see Sant-yago as a contemporary derivative of the traditional Spanish tapas bar. Although not a Spanish menu, we serve our own interpretation of small plates using the original idea of tapas.

Small in size, big in flavour – our homemade dishes have something for everyone.

Catering for veggies, vegans, coeliacs, carnivores, big eaters and small appetites, Chef Jon works with the finest local suppliers to create a seasonal menu for all.
